- What is Aetheris?
- Aetheris is a strategic thinking practice based in Lisbon. We work with management teams, shareholders and investors when a problem is complex and the decision cannot wait: we help them see what is really at stake, choose a path and stay with it until it is done. We do this across strategy, transformation and technology, and increasingly in artificial intelligence.
- Who does Aetheris work with?
- With people who have to decide without all the information and without much time. With shareholders and investors who want to understand, protect and grow the value of a holding. With those who want to know where technology actually makes a difference, and where it does not. And with those who need someone who speaks, at once, the language of the business, of management, of the client and of technology.
- What does working with Aetheris look like?
- We always begin by understanding the problem. Then we give it structure, design the change and stay through execution, which is where most good ideas tend to fall by the wayside. You can count on us for the whole journey, or only for the part you need.
- What problems does Aetheris help solve?
- More than a list of services, we work from the situations that reach us. Many of them begin with sentences like these: Something is not working, but I cannot tell exactly what. I know where I want to get to. I do not know the best way there. I have an idea, but I do not know how to make it real. I have plenty of information and still cannot decide. I want to use AI, but where does it actually add value? We know what needs to be done. The problem is making it happen.
